Since 2017, I started working at the Gatter Group as a Sales Representative of the Ferrero brand. In 2020, a vacancy opened in the analytics department for the position of an analyst specialist, the position seemed very interesting to me, and I decided to try my hand. In order to get to this position, it was necessary to pass three stages of selection – a test for logic and mathematics, two stages of an interview. Since it was not just a step forward on the career ladder, but also a responsible position in the company, I decided to prepare for all stages Following the results of three rounds of tests, I was informed that I had become the winner and made an offer for this position. There was no limit to my joy. My worries were replaced by pride in myself and gratitude for trusting me. In the beginning, I was scared of this new challenge, but after a session with my future supervisor, I clearly understood my strengths and weaknesses and in which direction I needed to develop. New tasks and a new level of responsibility prompted me to engage in my own development, which my colleagues helped me with.
Every aspect of my work that I didn't understand, every question that I could ask, was never left without explanation. The team was not just a group of my colleagues at work, the team became my second family, which supported me, helped me and prompted me at every stage. The help and support of the team, as well as my supervisor Shukhrat Nurmatov, helped me gain confidence and professionalism in my work. As the company grew and developed, the position of a trade marketer was opened in the company.
At that time, I had already been working as an analyst for almost 2 years, and I wanted to move on and try my hand at something new for me. The management noticed my interest and desire to develop in this field and appointed me a trade marketer for our company. This incredible level of trust motivated me to really explore and delve into this area and now I am engaged in very interesting, creative and important activities for the company. The management does not limit me in ideas and suggestions, which makes me happy. Working in the company, I feel the support of my colleagues and see opportunities to develop further.
